Vendor Registration Information

​

Secure your spot at the United Tribes Unity conference before it's too late! With a maximum number of vendors allowed, spaces are filling up quickly. Vendor registration will close on January 31, 2027 at 11:59 pm, or sooner if we reach capacity. Don't miss out on this opportunity to showcase your business!

 

SUBMISSIONS WINDOW: October 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027

Vendor Rates

For both craft and information spaces, your rate is a flat rate for the conference for one 8’x8’ space and one 6-foot table. 

Craft vendor - $250 per 8’x8’ space. 

  • Craft vendors have Native crafts, art, clothing, or home or garden goods for sale.

Informational space - $300 per 8’x8’ space. 

  • Informational booths have organizations who would like conference attendees to come by their table to talk, find out information about their organization, and pick up materials about the organization, or perhaps fill out a survey or otherwise interact with the organization and its representatives.

Vendor Space & Tables

  • If you need more space, you may purchase an additional 8’x8’ space for the same rate. A maximum of two 8’x8’ spaces are allowed per vendor

  • One complimentary 6-foot table will be provided.

  • You may bring up to 2 (two) additional tables of your own for each 8’x8’ space that you purchase. 

  • Any chairs necessary for your set up will be at your own discretion for your space.

  • Please do not reconfigure your allotted space. The vendor area is very limited and we need every vendor to have adequate space.

 

Set Up

  • Table set up MUST be completed by noon on Thursday, March 4.

  • Craft and Information Space Set Up Times: Wednesday, March 3, 2027 between 8 am and 1:00 pm, and on Thursday, March 4 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon).

 

Please Note:

​

  • Your space is only reserved after registration and payment are received. 

  • No checks. Online credit card payments only. You will need a credit card to complete registration.

  • Vendor registration does not include conference or hotel registration. 

  • Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. However, we may not be able to comply with some requests due to space limitations and fire regulations. 

  • No refunds. No exceptions.
